　今回は勉学というより謎解きで作りました。

問題　（英語）　
　カナダにいる友人から手紙が届きました。どうやら日本に用事があり、そのついでに会いに来るそうです。しかし、待ち合わせ場所がなぜか暗号化されていて、わかりません。太字で書かれた暗号を解読せよ！
